About Me

I’m an Australian-trained GP with over a decade of experience spanning urban hospitals and emergency settings, remote island clinics, public and private general practice.Based in London, I work with patients who want more than a quick fix. My approach is centred on listening carefully, exploring root causes, and creating clear, personalised plans that fit your life and goals, not just your diagnoses. I help people make sense of complex, persistent, or vague symptoms, bringing clarity where there’s often been frustration.I have a special interest in lifestyle and preventative health, with a focus on how mental wellbeing, gut health, and sexual health profoundly shape overall health.Outside the clinic, I contribute to medical education and volunteer to provide medical support in Cambodia, work that reflects my commitment to patient care both locally and globally.

Qualifications

I studied medicine at the University of Adelaide, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2015. I went on to spend three years working as a hospital doctor in Adelaide, gaining broad clinical experience before beginning my specialist training in General Practice.I undertook my training through the rural pathway, where I developed strong emergency medicine skills and a deep appreciation for the importance of community, continuity, and context in patient care. In 2021, I was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). I have continued to build expertise in lifestyle and preventative medicine, keeping up to date with the latest evidence and approaches so I can offer patients informed and practical guidance.
